probably should add a message that tells the user to click SAVE even if she
thinks the suggestions of Level1, Level2 are fine (i.e. they seem to

seen it from time to time. Mind you I can't help thinking that Carl's
expectation is actually reasonable enough ... that in the absence of
providing level names we should just provide some default. It is maybe a

I am running DHIS 2.14 and I am running into an issue with the data visualizer
where it seems to have no associated data.
I have about 8-10 org units added at level 4 all sharing a common parent. Each
one has been associated to the same data set which consists of a non-negative
