Hello lemoene,
yes I think this is very feasible. CSV can be imported through the
user interface and through the web api. The format is documented here:

Essentially you need to synchronize between the DHIS UIDs of the data

We are considering the export of summarised lab data from Bika Health
LIMS to DHIS2 for interpretation in epidemiological context. An
initial KISS approach could be to create a report summarising the data
required in DHIS2 in the LIMS, and then exporting it as CSV.
Is this feasible?
Thanks
Thanks everybody
Also very interested like Knut to see how you plan to use DHIS2.

Fully agree with Bob.
Also very interested like Knut to see how you plan to use DHIS2. I have
experience of importing data from other system including ORACLE, SQL
Server, Excel and CSV to DHIS2. So I think I might be helpful.

Hi Lemoene,
I see you are working with Bikalabs.com, which I think is very interesting.
Could you explain in a bit more detail how you see your use case?
Thanks,

Hi
Depends a bit on what you mean. DHIS2 is not really designed to store
lab results as such. There are lab systems and lab modules for clinic
systems that would do that. DHIS2 might store routine reported
dataelements which derive from a lab system or machine, but these are

Apologies newb question: Can somebody direct me to documentation
relating to importing lab results please. I understand it can be done
using .csv?
Appreciated
