I used to check the latest build revision by going to this link:

However, the revision number is no longer available. Is there a good reason
for that?

Except that page only shows the latest revision of Trunk. Is there an easy
way to find the latest revision of 2.15 (currently 15172) without
downloading and running a .war file?

The dev version is showing the revision -
