[Dhis2-users] organization unit tree won't display

Dear All, I am using a DHIS2 live 2.28 local installation. When trying to create an ‘organization unit group' or a dataset the organization unit tree won't display, it says instead "Determining your root organization unit". How do I get the organization unit tree to display? Please help
