Hello! Dia is the diagram editor, but not a report tool, you are looking for, as I understood.
Some report features you can find in OpenOffice Calc, but without drilldown. But you need report system, with, may-be, olap-report mechanics. And, as I know, there is no (it is a pity), well-good open-source or free solutions, in reporting. May be "Pentaho Reporting" and/or "Pentaho Dashboards". It not as good as "QLik" or "Tableau" in reporting tasks, but it is looks like you can do all you need in most cases.
