I think you forgot to cvs add the Civil shapes and sheet file with your
2000-05-07 checkin.
BTW, Jacek's pstricks export filter is now in the tree (compiled as a
plugin) for those who are interested.

drag and drop shapes onto the diagram?

I wanted to try the new CVS source but file:
./app/run_dia.sh
is not there. Even though in INSTALL
instruction still states it as the right way to test dia.
