Hi, I live in a small community a distance away from the large market. As many of you know, or have seen, small communities are plagued by the lost of their best youth (brain drain). Politicians have tried many things but money is not always there. Anyone of you have been involved in a sustainable development project (to retain our youth) with the use of ICT like the web, a discussion forum or other ICT? And if so, where results worth the efforts put in? And if so, would anyone familiar with such an initiative shares link and urls? Many thanks.
