interface so that non-French speakers can also get the maximum benefit from

agency for computer science) started a few years ago an ArXive like
system, called Hal. The system is automatically connected to ArXiv, but

more structured than in ArXiv, so that automatic extractions of the
production of laboratories, institutes, universities, etc.. is possible.

but, unfortunately, for lack of time the English version of the interface
is not very good for the moment. The whole archive is only starting, and
for the moment contains altogether about 10 000 full text documents, which
is only the beginning, but the input flux is constantly increasing.
