They want C++ (whether they know it yet or not), because it is less
complex, is easier to learn and use, is stable and has a well-
defined/directed/managed evolutionary path. That it has some weird
constructs is a trivial issue relatively. D has its own weirdness
too. C++ is THE systems programming
