maybe google code is an alternative, too. it supports both git and
mercurial and features review tools, issue tracker and wiki with a very
clear (simple) interface.

google code likes to be down every once in a while. Maybe it's not
often, but I've seen the "google code will be in read-only mode at
this date" message several times now..
