Yes. Ron understand about the use of digital mode logging. In DXCC, there
is no difference in their country count using (for instance) PSK or RTTY.
Both count for the rtty (digital) DXCC award. Believe any of the other
digital modes also count in their records, for RTTY DXCC, but not certain,

Danny,
Thanks for the comments, I have no intention of giving up on LOTW or for
that matter E-QSL. They both provide a service to hams world wide.
I agree that it is funny that the actual ROR is lower than I initially
expected but that seems to be the normal rate <20%, when I first started

I downloaded the new MultiPSK program but I didn't see a
recommendation for installing over the top of the old version (like
DXLab's updates), or removing the old version and installing the
update "as new". And if I remove, do I just trash the folder or do I
run the Remove control panel.

Ron, please do not give up on LOTW. It is the only electrical logbook that
can be used for DXCC, and will soon be good for WAS and other awards. eQSL
will not now, or probably ever, be accepted for those particular awards.
You already have you logs in electronic form, you apparently have the

Rich,
WOW is all I can say about the 90% return from EQSL. I am even on
percent returns between LOTW and E-QSL. both low at about 20%.
One of the reasons I am seeing a equal or better return on LOTW is the
DX stations use it for contest confirmations verses the old paper trail,

Which brings it to mind that half the spots I see for PSK are not correct.
If you see a spot and click on it, your transceiver should NOT wind up on
that freq, but on a freq such that the waterfall marker winds up on the
exact position of the spotted station. In other words, if the waterfall

LOTW and EQSL QSOs uploaded as MT63 & MFSK work ok for me. MixW
won't allow me to change the mode to OLIVIA so I upload them as MT63
and use the "Notes" to specify the mode was OLIVIA.

P.S. Gave up on LOTW2566 up and 129 returned.
EQSL ~ 90% return.

Chris,
The "problem" with random or non-shower meteors is that the received signals
don't last very long.
A typical 6 meter signal reflected from and underdense meteor trail may last
1/2 second. In theory, the same meteor reflection should last 1.5 seconds on
10 meters.
