I can attest to the fact that the IOGEAR GUC232A USB to Serial Adapter that West Mountain Radio sells does in fact work. I have had no issues with it what so ever. I use it to connect directly to my rig, and use my one and only serial port to talk to the interface. I'm very happy with it all. 73
