Anyone know what the signal between 14077 and 14077.5 is? Looks and
sounds like throb but a bit wider. Always Q5 in the NYC area.

Rich,
JT65A, lot of DX on that mode lately.

Hi Rich,
Goto http://groups.yahoo.com/group/digitalradio/ and read the latest
treads. You will find a lot of info about Terrestrial JT65A.

I'm using the Tigertronics SignaLinkUSB interface, so what settings do
I need to change in the WSJT6 software so that it talks to my
USB Audio CODEC soundcard which is in the Tigertronics interface ???
I've looked over the WSJT.ini file, and nothing seems obvious ...

Surely !
I have used NIST's nistime32 with good results.
With no Internet access at home, I am using Clock 1.6, the companion of
Multipsk with CHU. Using CHU, it works extremely well and failsafe, you
won't get garbage with it. It either decodes well or nothing happens.

PS:
It is interesting to see so many operators on JT65A on 14076 USB.
JT65A has caught on fast!
Perhaps that is the only fast thing about JT65A :)
It certainly shows good potential for very slow MFSK systems to
operate in weak signal conditions.
Perhaps a fixed frequency MFSK system could be
The codebase appears to be GPL so this should be achievable in a short
timeframe.

The Bozo's Guide is excellent andy !
I would never have used JT65A on HF on my own,
thanks to the group for making some hype around it.

Yes, the source is there, but it's a mix of phyton, fortran and C.
Not easy to see trough, or to build it.
btw the intel fortran compiler is free for 30 days ...
Thanks. How close must the time be maintained in case I want to do
some hilltopping away from the internet? Bill K6ACJ

In the options area you need to specify the device, I think an internal
soundcard is usually zero and the Tigettronics may be 1. Ill check more
when I get home, Should be a fairly easy thing.

I guess one second is OK. I have been as much as three seconds away
without consequences.
The timing is to get transmissions organized and allow the stations to
operate in a known time
frame. I would say that, watching the way the program works, more than
five seconds is unnaceptable.
I think
Andy,
I'd take that as a genuine compliment coming from
