JT64A (not 65A) is not functional yet, no decoder in the beta at the
moment. "QSO" WSPR works fine. Reminder, the WSJT development team
suggest that "QSO" WSPR take place in the same band portions as HF
JT65A NOT in the 200 Hz WSPR/MEPT sub-bands. The K3UK Sked page can
be used to 'sked' WSPR Q
