Is there any software out there that will identify and display
all hf digital signals..
I can identify some of the signals but there are many I can not..

First, I would estimate that 70 per cent of all HF are PSK31 signals. 15 per
cent are RTTY and 5 percent Pactor.
So identifying 90 percent is easy. Of the remaining 10 percent, the following
applications now feature RSID ...

RSID will automatically identify almost all of
Ham Radio Deluxe does most but not all the modes and even HRD cannot detect the
bizarre and uncommon tone combinations and bandwidths. It is too much to expect
one software package to do it all but HRD certainly makes a grand attempt.

using local spots and filters in SpotCollector with audio announce -
you need just drink a coffee reading newspapers, and waiting when computer tell
