I myself was unaware of the contest until I saw the CQ's appear on the
waterfall so maybe not enough people heard about it. If you don't have a web
site maybe you and others can get one up before your next contest. I think
people tend to keep web site addresses more than they do
Not speaking for everyone here but it could be that the varied methods of
scoring and submitting PSK contest logs may prevent some folks from
submitting their logs. The SSS/CW/RTTY have been contested long enough that
scoring and submitting logs has been made easier over the years. It might
