I hope the Icom techies do better that the people at Rascal. I emailed
their Tech Support and asked just what was in the Rascal GLX, I made mention
of some radios requiring a level converter for rig control. The reply told
me that level control is accomplished by the soundcard. I suspect they
HRD is one program that works for some rig control and logging and even
PSK31. The main use for me is if I want to have a large number of stored
frequencies such as for SWLing.
I have found that the best digital program is Multipsk since it has more
