I'm not sure how legal this is, and I know it is clearly off the topic for this maillist but you are a knowledgeable lot.
I would like to listen to a radio station that streams on the Internet for FREE, BUT the listener must have an IP address that is within the UK. I know there is software that hides one's IP address but I need to actually present a fake one as opposed to just hide one.
