The decoder / encoder sits in a DLL with source available. In fact there are
two DLLs: one for PSK only (based on Moe's code) and one based on fldigi (I
am yet to write this).

the gmfsk modems and ported them to WinCE/PocketPC. He also has an x86
Windows compiled version. I am sure Dave has advanced the gmfsk modems
