The title of Leigh's presentation gave me an idea. Instead of using things like my K3Uk Interactive Sked page that is Internet dependent (or perhaps in addition to it), what about establishing a suggested frequency for PSK31 (or perhaps PSK63?) instant messaging. We could perhaps use 30M and or
