Same old discussion. If the ARRL Regulation by Bandwidth proposal is
accepted, I'd be able to run 8 KHz AM (which, of course, has it's place)
but I wouldn't be able to do 6 KHz or 9 KHz or 12 Khz data... One of
those two modes was availabe in the 1950's. T
