Hi Rich,

that looks very much like the dx8vb.dll in your system directory is
not registered in the registry.

do this:
- find the dx8vb.dll on your PC and remember the folder (path) name
- click Start -run
- type in box
regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\system32\dx8vb.dll
!!!that is an example!!! you have to enter your individual correct
folder name
