Going by the ARRL list of privleges, Novice and Technicians can do data from 28.000MHz to 28.300MHz. Cw and Phone from 28.300 to 28.500MHz. 200 watts maximum on either portion. I have been 'told' that PSK modes are around the 28.120 to 28.160MHz range. Am I correct on this? Is this where
