I too have come to realize that WinDRM, or something similar, could play
a role in emergency and traffic handling data. Because this stuff tends
to be a bit complicated, the ideal situation would be to use phone to
coordinate the program and then send the data through. With the BSR
feat
I'm not much of a fan of trading pictures over the airways but since I
have become familiar with how to operate WinDRM I have also taken the
time to explore Hampal and DIGTRX. Hampal and DIGTRX look to me to be
exactly what software should look like for emergency communication of
messages. I
