*If you have anyone with you for the following position, please send the suitable resume along with Contact Details, * * Kindly share suitable resumes ASAP to* *vib...@tekshapers.com <vib...@tekshapers.com>* *Build/Release Engineer - **Continuous Integration and build/deploy experience* *St. Louis**, MO (Preferred) – Minneapolis, MN – Charlotte, NC or Richmond, VA (Accepted)* *Up to 18 Month contract* *GC or USC ONLY * Responsibilities include: •Participation in the design, development and implementation of application build and deploy frameworks. •Ensures that all frameworks supported by the team have been properly implemented and are working correctly and that all security, compliance and change control requirements have been satisfied. •Coordinates support of production deployment activities and support requests, mentoring less-experienced support analysts and escalating issues as required. •Supervises support of Continuous Integration of automated developer builds, unit tests and code coverage reporting results. •Represents the team for Business Continuation Planning (BCP) and ensures that necessary components are tested and validated during BCP testing events. •Ensure solutions comply with the regulatory, Corporate Information Security standards and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) policies. •Assist Architecture with the development of standards and usage patterns and ensure solutions meet architectural standards. •Participate in the design, development and implementation of application framework components. Technologies Supported: •Continuous Integration AnthillPro, .NET, Java, UNIX shell, DDL, source code repositories (Subversion), Puppet. •Development operating systems Windows 7, Windows 2008 Server, Linux Red Hat •Development tools Visual Studio, RAD, Eclipse, .NET Framework. A strong, broad technical background with the ability to independently troubleshoot complex problems and coordinate responses to team members, developer groups and management. The individual must also be able to analyze complex issues, assess impact, escalate to other technical staff or, if necessary, management, and manage issue priorities. *Requirements* Basic Qualifications At least five years systems support analysis experience in Continuous Integration and build/deploy. Minimum Qualifications •The qualified candidate must have at least five years of experience in build, deployment and configuration management techniques and technologies. •Experience with Continuous Integration and related software tools, such as AntHillPro or other CI platform. •Proficiency with Software Configuration Management tools, such as CA SCM, CVSNT, Subversion or other similar tools. •Proficiency with either the NAnt or Ant build tools, or other related automated software build tools. •Knowledge of packaging tools, either Windows Installer, Red Hat Package Manager, or Build & Deploy Frameworks. •Experience with change management, coordinating change activities with less-experienced staff members and interfacing with other teams for problem resolution. •Ability to function in a lead role, coordinating problem resolution with other team members and managing escalations with management. Preferred Skills Experience and working knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design and development languages and techniques is preferred. Knowledge of the Puppet configuration management tool is considered to be a plus.
