R12 EBS Oracle Functional Analyst (locasl preferred) Linthicum, MD 12+ Months Oracle Functional Analyst – IPM & BF (BA - Sr) Analysts will be part of the Incident & Problem Management (IPM) and Break Fix (BF) teams – the following will be assigned responsibilities: • Perform analysis on R12 eBusiness suite. Understand R12 functionality, understand HIGLAS functionality, perform fit-gap analysis between R11 and R12 . • Resolution of accounts receivable and accounts payable production problems. • Analyze and test critical application patches. • Work with users and stakeholders to get the input about production tickets. • Monitor the progress of the tickets practitioner owns to make sure it doesn’t violet the Service Level Agreement (SLA) • Lead stakeholder team in developing business requirements and business scenarios for HIGLAS solution enhancements. Developing functional design documents for quarterly enhancements • Prepare functional design documentation, alpha scripts, application configuration changes, and perform alpha testing for HIGLAS solution enhancements • Conduct and participate in peer reviews in accordance with CMMI Level 3 protocols. • Maintain high customer satisfaction on enhancement tasks. • Resource will work onsite and must be willing to work during non-business hours, overtime and holidays. Resource must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be flexible, multi-task and have a positive attitude. Oracle EBS -8+yrs including 2+ yrs of R12 experience Functional analysis and design experience including requirements mapping, analysis, business process design, configurations and validation. (5+ yrs) Advanced Oracle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables experience (8+ years) Strong understanding of Oracle Financial Accounting (5+ years) Advanced understanding of Oracle General Ledger (7+ years) Strong customer support skills including writing and communication (5+ years) Advanced skills in support Oracle applications in a production environment (5+ years) Basic knowldege of SQL and Oracle Financials Base tables Job Duty 1 with 75% of time – Perform production support to analyze, diagnose and resolve production incidents and problems. Job Duty 2 with 15% of time– Create and update functional design specification, configuration and test scenario documents.
