*Sr. Java/JEE Developer Position.* In this role, developer will assist in supporting the global web application supporting money transfers. Candidate must have solid understanding of Java/ JEE technologies Must be able to see the whole picture of a system and understand how it relates and interconnects. *Developer key responsibilities: *Ensure delivery of software through application of approved agile/scrum processes and procedures. Design and develop new software applications. Enhance existing software applications Work as part of a team as well as individually ensure high availability and uptime of our products and processes learn about, experiment with, and provide suggestions and solutions around new cutting edge technologies *Qualifications: *Minimum 8 years of experience with Java SDK and JEE application development. Strong in developing REST APIs(JAX-RS, Jersey, Resteasy or Spring WS) and SOAP webservices. Strong experience with Spring, both front and back end components Good understanding of relational (Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Experience working with testing and build tools like SOAPUI, JUnit, ANT, Maven,OSGi and Perforce. Solid understanding of Java middlewares like Tomcat, JBoss, Jetty or Websphere. Should have worked on JMS implementations to include JMS topics and queues; and distributed queues, clustered JMS implementations, and configuration /management of any JMS providers. Ideal candidate would have experience with Banking Systems or Foreign Exchange. Experience with Enterprise Integration standards (WS-*) and ESBs like servicemix, Fuse desired. Tibco experience is a big plus. Experience with HTML/HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, BackboneJS, JavaScript, AJAX and other web development technologies.
