Hi We are looking for Senior MS BI Architect at Chicago Location
Experience : 8 to 15 Yrs Location : Chicago Duration: Long Term Visa : G.C / US Citizen / H1B Interview Mode : 2 rounds of Skype and Final round F2F. · Working knowledge of Power BI · Familiarity with AWS a big plus · Extensive knowledge of database management systems, replication concepts, data warehouse systems and business intelligence tools. · Understanding of SQL Server 2008 R2/2014/2016, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS including Dimensional Modelling, SharePoint BI Integration, Administration of Servers. · Advanced grasp of Relational database design and Multidimensional & Tabular design concepts. · Solid ETL development experience (expert SQL experience – we do not use tools like Informatica or Datastage) Responsibilities · Architect, design, develop & enhance BI solutions including data warehouse. · Design, develop, implement and test ETL processes used to support the data warehouse/nightly ETL process. · Apply Microsoft BI expertise in system architecture, design, development and maintenance of BI systems. · Create/modify relational and dimensional data models for business intelligence enhancements and new projects. · Design, build and enhance data marts, and analytic engines. · Prepare and maintain documentation to support BI from a technical perspective. · Collaborate with the BI development/QA team and key business team members throughout enhancement/project rollout cycles. · Thoroughly understand all data models of our application environment. · Occasionally assist with database related projects that support applications that fall outside of the BI team. · Understand our network and database server infrastructure. · Research new technologies that could be leveraged to increase internal or end user productivity. · Develop recommendations on how the business can constantly improve its analytic reporting abilities. · Assist with hardware, software, and data communications architecture and sizing. · Contribute to the development and support of ongoing production services.
