Location: Dallas,TX Duration: 12+ months *locals only / phone + onsite ( no skype)* Business Analyst (PeopleSoft or Workday Implementation) For this position they are focusing on a Business Analyst that has PeopleSoft or Workday implementation experience. They are going with Workday but she will consider BAs with either PeopleSoft or WorkDay experience. They are going from PeopleSoft to Workday so they want someone strong with the data clean up. Will need to get info out of PeopleSoft into Workday. Data Cleansing experience is preferred. Workday is doing the implementation. his nationwide industry leader has an immediate 12+ month contract opening in Dallas for a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM or Workday implementation experience. Will be responsible for meeting with the business to proactively gather, perform analysis, and manage project requirements. Will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, technical requirements, use cases and data conversion requirements while working as a project team member. Will work closely with the Business users, Subject Matter Experts, Technical Lead, Architects, and Vendor to analyze and validate requirements. The Business Analyst may also be responsible for developing test plans and user acceptance testing. This position requires: 4-5 years Business Analyst experience. HRMS/HRIS/HCM Implementation experience (PeopleSoft or Workday). Multiple implementations preferred. Strong reporting skills. Experience as a Business Analyst on an HRIS/HCM implementation project. Strong requirements elicitation, gathering, and documentation experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Change Management and Process Management experience. Process and System knowledge. Experience with Waterfall methodology. Experience with the MS Office Suite and MS SharePoint. Excellent end-to-end understanding of business processes, organization, and techniques.
