Please find the job details below and forward me your updated resume. *Business Objects Developer* *Duration:* 12 months *Location:* Nashville, TN 37203 · Work collaboratively with Data Warehouse team to understand business reporting requirements for leasing and other functional areas · *Expert experience in Business Objects 4.0/4.1, WebI, report development * · *Expert BO configuration and Admin functions (including universe development) * · *Expert SQL authoring and tuning skills * · *Expert data analysis skills * · *Enterprise Data Warehouse (TeraData) experience * *Responsibilities: * · Develop, configure, maintain and support BI universe(s) · Develop, test, and support BI reports and queries · Troubleshoot data issues and determine root-cause of reporting problems · Performance-tune reports and universe joins for long-term benefit · Understand and utilize semantic layers as necessary for universe development · Build, maintain, and enhance policies, standards, processes (as required) with regards to BI industry standard practices and data delivery architecture · Provide recommendations to strengthen data warehouse and reporting environment · Support moving from Cognos/Transactional database reporting to Web Intelligence/Data Warehouse reporting · Assist (as needed) in Oracle ERP Transactional database real-time reporting · Develop, troubleshoot, maintain and support DataStage job/sequences · Develop cases and component resource list for code migrations · Troubleshoot data issues and determine root-cause of data transformation problems · Develop and maintain functional/technical design documents · Understand source to target mappings and business requirements to develop in a timely manner · Build, maintain, and enhance policies, standards, processes (as required) with regards to industry standard practices · Provide support for legacy server and parallel jobs/sequences · Assist with building job schedules in Tidal for proper executions.
