This includes recommending solutions, estimating costs and delivery times, documenting workflow, forms and reporting requirements unique to our clients, and working closely with product teams to validate new features prior to release. The selected candidate will use their interpersonal communication skills to work cross functionally within the company and also with our external clients and to ensure that our software applications are meeting client needs. Salesforce experienced is highly preferred – but we are also interested in your ability to work across platforms to customize third party applications Qualifications: ·BA / BS degree with 4 plus years of experience in a similar role preferably within a consultative environment where client interface and satisfaction is central to business success.
