All contractors should be Siebel certified/Siebel Tools proficient. · Must be certified in Siebel configuration modifications. Siebel CRM V7.7 experience, Siebel V8.0 upgrade experience would be great. Knowledge in Siebel Campaign Management and Analytics is also required.
