Below is the job description. *Sr. eCommerce Business Analyst* Sr. eCommerce Business Analyst for our preferred client in their Dallas location. The qualified candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in these major areas, including: business analyst skills, Oracle ATG and Endeca. *Description:* Seeking a talented, enthusiastic *eCommerce Technology Analyst *to collect and translate our business needs to the Product Development and IT organizations. This role will be specifically responsible for supporting and growing the a proprietary eCommerce application. *Responsibilities for this Position Include:* - Acts as bridge and translator between departments using eCommerce application in the field and involved in the ECOMMERCE application development lifecycle - Works closely with team members responsible for supporting other systems integrated with ECOMMERCE - Translates knowledge of business and operational processes into business requirements - Participates in planning meetings in the early stages of application development - Ensures that the process of business requirement definition is high quality, is documented, and is consistent with corporate standards of internal controls and auditability - Ensures that the design and integration of proposed systems, and software solutions leads to the development and growth of the business through effective use of technology - Informs decisions around prioritization of enhancements for IT and Product Development organizations - Coordinates with management and staff engaged in application development, coding, testing, user acceptance testing, and the live system to ensure that business requirements are consistently represented and satisfied - Provides ECOMMERCE representation in business analysis activities initiated by other departments - Provides advice to business users and technical team as a ECOMMERCE Subject Matter Expert - Provides consultative, technical and staff support to business functions, as well as collaborates with business users and consults with other departments to ensure business impacts are appropriately addressed - Develops communications about process and system changes for impacted users and the Training Department - Collaborates with training department for development user support materials and training *Requirements:* - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related concentration or field. - 5-7 years of departmental field experience, or related work experience. - Possesses strong analytical skills - Strong knowledge of the latest Oracle ATG and Endeca product offerings - Ability to conduct effective workshops for determining and prioritizing business requirements - Ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize requirements across multiple departments - Ability to build out a product roadmap - Ability to implement best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services - Ability to convert business requirements into functional and software/technical requirements - Ability to produce deliverables as needed: (e.g., software requirements documents, use cases, use case diagrams, wireframes, workflow diagrams, process diagrams, and detailed user stories) - Provide significant input to system specifications and design - Ability to develop and prepare business analyses and plans, as well as develop and deliver presentations preferred (Training will be provided and expectations set as it relates to documentation and project deliverables) - Superior interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with a team, and independently to solve complex problems, with a strong bias towards action and a sense of urgency - Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools is preferred, but training can be provided to the candidate if needed - Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as automated databases and the Internet - Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, analytical, teambuilding, customer service, prioritization, and organization skills Regards *Mayank* 978-558-4666 x 103 *may...@teknavigators.com* <may...@teknavigators.com> *TekNavigators LLC* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hot List" group.
