*SAS BI Developer* *Duration: 2+ Month Contract*
*Location: Hicksville, NY* *Rate: $53/hr on c2c * *Only 2 Phone Interview* *Client: Cablevision* *Job Responsibilities* · Mid-level position - SAS BI Platform - report and OLAP cube development · My client is looking for someone with similar qualifications as we have had in the past (SAS BI, OLAP, dashboards) that would be able to tie a lot of different data sources together quickly for presentation in our BI platform · Responsible for implementing pre-defined requirements using industry best practices and techniques. · Ability to implement reports off high data volumes using sound design principals to ensure optimal performance. · Adopt and communicate new concepts, ideas, best practices and provide technology assistance · Ensure consistency in data cleansing, data integrity, and data quality across all integrations with SAS data warehouse · Work with various business units to understand and translate business use cases and/or requirements into data models, analytics, reports and scenario models · Responsible for constructing data transformation processes to create reporting data marts. · Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring on SAS Enterprise BI Server issues and technologies *Mandatory Skills* · 2+ years’ experience with SAS BI report development and dashboard creation using SAS Enterprise BI Server. · 2+ years’ experience with SAS Stored Process Development, SAS Information Map Studio, and SAS Web Report Studio. · 2+ years’ experience with SAS Management Console and SAS Enterprise Guide. · 2+ years’ experience with Base SAS Programming. · Strong data modeling/SQL Query skills leaning towards the physical data modeling practice · Experience with normalized and dimensional data modeling techniques as well as experience implementing OLAP concepts and data structures(e.g. SAS OLAP Cube Studio/Proc OLAP/MDX) · Hands-on technical experience using data warehouse, business intelligence and analytics products (e.g., SAS) · Experience with data analysis and mapping · Expertise in the creation and usage of metadata · Team oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills. -- *Thanks and Regards, Hari || iCynergy Technology Partners Inc.
