Seeing as I am part of the admin team I would not mind at all taking on
such a project if this is something one would want to have setup and
maintained by the tdf

I was thinking here why not setup this cloud solution as a service that can
be rented for a fee. That way if a company wants to have a cloud deployment
they can and it would be maintained by TDF admins. As well that would bring
in extra money to the foundation through the fees charged. In a way its
