Hi, yes, but LibrePlan is a web application, not desktop software. And there is also Gantt Project http://www.ganttproject.biz but it is in Java. So as far as I have investigated it, for an desktop alternative to MS Project, ProjectLibre is the project that would best fit to libreoffice...
