And I still haven't got used to the fact that to 'X' button closes
documents in Word, while in Excel you close the application.

My biggest grievance with these tools is the use of styles in Word and
Writer.
If I do my own work Word works fine, but in my job I sometimes have
to start out from someone else's work. Not everyone cares about
consistent style, and Word doesn't give you a lot of help to polish
