Hi everyone,
I am working for a consortium based institute that supports clinical
research in the area. We currently have a very text-heavy site with a
lot of content. I am looking into remodeling the website and am
wondering if we have any UI design patters for handling/showing
text-heavy content
Actually, could you also point me to the literature available on this?
It would be very interesting to look at.

Thanks Phil,
I was also thinking what the implications would be if instead of a
list of events, we showcase the first upcoming event in more color
and detail. We would then have one event in focus as opposed to a
list of events. Would that make it more appealing?
Any thoughts?

While i have not got into mental models, I have come down to creating
affinity diagrams for grouping things. Though currently these are more
on the lines of what services competing websites are offering and what
the users are using these for, I am
