Location: Beautiful San Diego, CA Description: The Mitchell User Experience team is seeking a talented Senior Interaction Designer to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. We present an exceptional opportunity for the right individual to spearhead the design of a cutting-edge experience for the next generation of Mitchell software solutions. The Senior Interaction Designer will report to the Director of User Experience (UX) and be will be responsible for ensuring user needs are kept at the center of the product design lifecycle. They will specialize in UI technology, information architecture, rapid prototyping, and conducting iterative review sessions to identify usability aspects and recommendations that drive the final UI design. They will work closely with Product Management, Development and other UX team members, and will follow the Mitchell User-Centered Design (UCD) process.
