Where I work we have no real need for iRise. We do WPF, XAML,
Flash/Javascript/HTML projects. We prefer prototyping tools that are
in the actual environment whenever possible so we can take advantage
of capabilities and collaraborate better with developers.

We've been playing with the Sketchflow beta component of Microsoft
Expression Blend 3. It has some of the things I've been wanting for
ages, including the ability to develop a boxes and arrows flow that
is connected to actual pages and components of the experience I'm
building. The learning curve to create a rough clickable prototype is
low but there is so much potential power. The idea is that you can go
from Illustrator/Photoshop to prototype to data-bound live app
without throwaway stuff and dead documents though we haven't fullly
done that yet. Collaboration tools are superb too.
