Hi Erik,
One of the projects I oversaw while I was at the BBC was the Complaints web
site. The BBC receives a lot of feedback from the British license fee payers
and has a history of creating forums on TV in particular, of airing those
complaints in shows like Points of view
Susan Webber from LBi in the UK did a great presentation on the user research
and design of the Map of Medicine for mobiles (MobileMap) at Euro IA. Her
presentation isn't up on the web site, but I am sure that she would be willing
to discuss her findings with you directly.
