You might want to take a look at webAIM.org (a good resource for accessibility). There have been some discussions on Web 2.0/ajax/etc in the email discussion group. Maybe search for terms like "ajax" or "ria" or "web 2.0" in the archives at http://webaim.org/discussion/archives.php
