About you: Passionate about User Centered design with in depth understanding of usability principals with a history in consumer focused interfaces (web). Ability to be Task Driven, with an eye for detail. Synthesize complex information and distill it in an engaging manner. The Senior Visual Interaction Designer works closely with the VP of products to interpret the companys objectives and requirements. They will be the Project Lead and, along with the product manager and the design team, further the design practice of the firm. Responsibilities will include: Define UI methodology and patterns based on assessment of current site Create Conceptual interaction Flow Diagrams End to End design from research to wireframes to full visual composites Resolution of Designs with User Testing Mentor small team of designers Your qualifications: 5+ years visual interface design experience, including demonstrated experience in designing extremely usable, consumer-oriented web-based interfaces. Project and team leading experience. UI/UX design experience in storyboarding, wireframes, advanced visual prototyping, graphic, and documentation skills. Strong professional and communication skills.
