my experience, we need to continue to hammer away on that message! Here are

A nice follow up article to this piece would be where UX is working
well in organsations and why - what are the themes/structures/team
mixes/skill sets/approaches etc that have helped make it successful.
Not looking for a magic formula here but rather variables to better

Great article. I read it then quickly passed it on to the many people I know
who have asked me what I do for a living but still don't quite understand.I
especially like the "not just about usability" as I'm a strong believer in
compelling and fun to use interfaces as well. I wouldn't consider m

balancing act among the range of stakeholders where the user might be
the most import stakeholder, but other stakeholders also have input
