Hi,

I'm currently working on a new content framework of an ecommerce site and
can show how the content fits the needs for various user journies. I also
have some stats that show content usage but the are unconclusive.

Does anyone have or know of some good solid number based arguments for the
importance of well constructed content as part of the selling process. The
focus is mainly on editoral style content with guides. I'm currently going
through the steps of pulling internal evidence and it wouldbe great to
provide a few external real life cases where upgrading content has been show
to lead to, say, a better conversion rate.

Thanks in advance for any responces.
