There's a relatively unknown New Zealand-based site called xero.com that's pretty good from an overall UI design and usability sense. I was both a Chase and BOA customer and wound up closing my accounts at chase primarily because of BOA better online experience. i thought chase's experience (while improved from older version) was lousy have also had limited exposure to countrywide but remember being satisfied with it
