Tealeaf is looking for an interaction designer to help improve overall ease of use. This is a 3 month contract position with the potential for a full time position.
Responsibilities: Work with engineering and product management on UI design and standards for upcoming release Generate user personas and use case scenarios Define the user interaction model and workflows Develop storyboards, wireframes and prototypes Manage usability studies with select customers to test designs Refine and document user interface specifications and guidelines Work closely with engineering to help deliver the final product Prerequisites: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience designing user interfaces for enterprise applications, including at least one project for a non-technical user 5+ years experience in Web Design AND HTML environment including in depth knowledge of Ajax, Javascript and ASP.NET Working knowledge of business intelligence and Web analytics tools, and of business analyst personas is preferred
