Responsibilities: Develop, evaluate, and implement high-quality detailed UI specifications for all projects, including wireframes, flow diagrams, and use cases Ensuring design specifications meet the strategic goals of cross-functional teams Work with Visual Designers to improve and refine visual design and consistency Gauge the usability of new and existing designs and making constructive suggestions for the change Communicate with key stakeholders and brief them on status updates throughout the UI design process User workflows, scenarios and task analysis Heuristic reviews, competitive analysis, and content audits Taxonomy & Product Attribution analysis & recommendations User Research such as surveys, card sorting exercises, user interviews Client presentation materials Qualifications Expertise in information architecture deliverables including wireframes, site maps, and personas Demonstrated experience in designing usable consumer web interfaces based on strong knowledge of user interface design guidelines Strong, clean design sense High-energy and a passion for doing great work and dedication to make the user experience unique, informative, and engaging Excellent multi-tasking skills Strong attention to detail 5 years of experience as an Information Architect, Interaction Designer, or User Experience Architect Proven ability to balance user goals and business goals that fit within constraints of the brand, time, budget, and technology Makes decisions based on statistical analysis, user research, competitive analysis and commerce platform capabilities Strong organizational and communication skills; throughout projects creates clear, usable documentation of solutions Solid InDesign, experience Must provide complex, e-commerce, wireframe samples Ability to research, identify, and analyze issues and derive applicable solutions ________________________________________________________________ Welcome to the Interaction Design Association (IxDA)!
