Our outward product may be an information architecture, a web site structure, a user interface for a program. But the generative process is one of asking questions. I think of observing user behavior as another kind of questioning, asking and receiving with non-verbal language.

These thoughts have led me to explore how we ask questions, and how we listen. While the two blog posts referenced below were written and questioning and listening in any context, I'm particularly interested in how they speak to our work as IXDA professionals.
