As far as Corvallis, OR goes... you're about 1.5 hrs commute south of
Portland. As Timoni mentioned re: Cupertino/SF-- you might get a
better response from the local UI/UX talent pool if you located in
Portland.
That said, Corvallis has a high education rate per capita and a solid
engineering
